Medical Evacuation and Air Ambulance
Some patients need medical escort and/or transfer to a higher level of care. At Savana Assistance, we provide medical escort flights both domestically and internationally. A doctor or paramedic will be on hand to provide first aid and emergency equipment if a patient becomes ill during the flight.
When choosing a medical escort, we consider the medic's professional qualifications and background, as well as the patient and medic's compatibility. Medically accompanied flights are typically in business class, but economy flights are also available. These flights are for people who are ambulatory but weak or feeble after surgery and are unable to travel with friends or family.

Medical Evacuation in Three Easy Steps
Request
Each request is treated with the utmost urgency and our medical team will carefully access the patient's medical condition to determine the fit to fly status and most appropriate method of transportation. The latest and comprehensive medical record is needed to complete the assessment.
Quotation and Payment
Timely quotation will be presented to the relevant stakeholders, within 1 hour of request. This quotation would include complete bed-to-bed medical transfer. Contractual Contractual clients can activate via a Letter of Guarantee, whereas upfront payment is required for non-contractual clients.
Mission
Complete documentation until activation time will be 4-6 hours for domestic and SEA flights. Real time update is provided to all stake holders. In-flight critical care monitoring, and personal handover to receiving physician at destination hospital.
Medical Training and Workshop
If you need assistance with first aid, CPR, or any other aspect of medical training, we can provide it. In addition, we facilitate health promotion initiatives both in-person and online in order to improve the awareness of your employees of health and safety.
